Refund and Cancellation Policy (Money-Back-Guarantee)
ReverseHealth is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products, keeping your health goals, your general well-being and your pockets in mind. 

Our money-back-guarantee is only valid for first time orders of ReverseHealth supplements and is limited to one return per customer per product. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product.

REFUNDS

What qualifies for a refund? 

Please contact us at help@reverse.health if you experience any of these issues:

  • Incorrect supplements received, either wrong product or brand
  • Damaged packaging or seemed to have opened during the delivery process
  • Incorrect prescribed amount
  • Customer experienced a severe physical reaction after consumption of the product
  • The expiry date is due in the next 3 months

We cannot grant refund requests for products ordered by mistake or for any other reason than stated above due to health and contamination risk concerns. 

How can you claim a refund?

The refund can be claimed within 14 days after the product has been received by. Send an email to help@reverse.health with

  • Shipment number and date of delivery
  • Issue at hand
  • Picture of the product you are having issues with

*** No refund request shall be taken into account after 14 days of receiving the product.***

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Order cancellations can be requested by email and will be granted ONLY if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Send an email to help@reverse.health with

  • Order number and date of order
  • Mention your request for cancellation and refund

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
